Support services
Puranda CIC is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 999. Places on programmes and workshops are subject to availability and any eligibility criteria stated on the relevant page.
Merchandise orders
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Orders placed through this site are confirmed by email before payment is taken. We aim to dispatch promptly and will tell you if an item is delayed or out of stock.
Returns
Under UK consumer law you may cancel an order for unused goods within 14 days of delivery and return them for a refund. Faulty or incorrect items will always be replaced or refunded. Contact us to arrange a return.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
